I see Row Zero has the same functions as Excel like COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, etc. Do they work the same way?

Yes Row Zero uses the same formula syntax as Excel and Google Sheets so functions are generally compatible across all three spreadsheets. Row Zero has nearly 250 [spreadsheet functions](https://rowzero.io/docs/spreadsheet-functions), including the most popular functions in Excel and Google Sheets. Each spreadsheet also has some [unique functions](https://rowzero.io/blog/best-spreadsheet-excel-vs-google-sheets-vs-row-zero#2.-spreadsheet-functions) not offered by the others.

Does Row Zero have the XLOOKUP function? I’ve started using XLOOKUP instead of VLOOKUP in Excel.

Yes Row Zero has the [XLOOKUP](https://rowzero.io/blog/how-to-use-xlookup) function. You may also be interested in [MULTILOOKUP](https://rowzero.io/blog/lookup-multiple-criteria-with-multilookup), which works like XLOOKUP but allows for multiple conditions.
